Pine Forest will exceed all of your private party needs. With three private rooms, we accommodate groups from the smallest business meeting to a 250-person wedding reception. Although the Catering Department has printed menu selections, we welcome the opportunity to create that 'special menu'. Our team will design a choice to complement the theme of your party or your unique tastes.

Legacy Ballroom & Sunset Terrace

Surrounded by a panoramic view of lush fairways, the Legacy Ballroom offers a classic backdrop to celebrate your big day with family and friends. From your first dance to the last dance, the party will continue on our large built-in dance floor. The Sunset Terrace adjoins the Legacy Ballroom and is included in your room rental. The Sunset Terrace may be used for an outdoor ceremony, bar under the stars, or a breath of fresh air.

Founders Lounge, Oak Room & Veranda

The Founder’s Lounge, Oak Room & Veranda provide a more intimate atmosphere for smaller events, or can be combined with the Legacy Ballroom to accommodate a larger gathering. Enjoy our baby grand piano, cozy fireplace, and classic country club bar within the Founder’s Lounge, which leads into the vaulted-ceiling Oak Room, a perfect place for a seated event. The Veranda offers a covered alfresco experience providing picturesque views of our 220-acre grounds.

President's Room

Located next to the Founder's Lounge, our President's Room is a great place to conduct business meetings, perhaps combined with a round of golf, or to host small intimate dinners. The President's Room can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people.
